Tyre Recycling Machine Price
Waste Tire recycling line is also called tire shredding and recycling line, tire rubber powder recycling line. Tire recycling line is composed of a variety of heavy equipment. It can realize the separation of rubber, steel wire and fiber materials among car tires, truck tires, construction vehicle tires and waste rubber products. And according to the actual needs of customers, it can process the rubber raw materials into rubber granules and rubber powder.

We are a professional tire recycling equipment manufacturer, if you want to get the latest price of the machine, please feel free to contact us!
How Much does a Tire Recycling Plant Cost?
The price of the tire recycling line is from USD 30,000 to USD 240,000. How much is a set of waste tire recycling line? This is a question often asked by customers. Generally speaking, the treatment method, daily processing capacity, and later discharge size of the scrap tire recycling equipment will affect the price of the line.

Scrap tire recycling line is a large set of tire processing equipment that completely separates and recycles 100% of the three major raw materials contained in tires: rubber, steel wire and fiber at one time at room temperature. The line can recycle tires in the diameter range of 400-3000mm according to customer's requirements, with strong applicability, and the discharge size can be controlled in the range of 5-100mm, and the output can reach 200-10000kg/h. The line operates at room temperature without any chemical additives, and will not cause secondary pollution to the environment. The production line adopts PLC control system, easy to operate and maintain, with low energy consumption and long service life.
Main Equipment of Tire Recycling Plant
Double Shaft Tire Shredder
Two shaft shredders are specially designed for used tires, low speed, high torque operation minimize the noise and power consumption with high throughout rate. All the shredder blades thickness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of tires, output ,final product, the shredder can process OTR tires, big truck tires, passenger car tires at a rate of 1t-30t in one hour.
Rasper
It can process and produce 10-30mm rubber mulch, the 99% steel wire will be separated by rasper and attracted by magnet. The Rasper/Grater can process up to 6 tons of input per hour. The main rotor housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates to increase the durability and longevity of the cutting chamber.
Rubber Granulator
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality.
Rubber Miller
The miller is designed to grind 1-6mm granules to 30-120 mesh fine rubber powder according to demand. It features with convenient operation, high speed grinding tray which makes a continuous operation.
What is the use of waste tyre rubber?
In tyre recycling business, there are different machines used. Of course, you can get different by-products. Through tyre recycling system, you can get tire chips (2cm) or rubber powders (5-30 mesh) and steel wire. Besides, for bias tires, we can also get about 11% nylon.

How Profitable is Tire Recycling?
The tire and rubber scrap recycling industry is indeed a very prosperous industry in most countries of the world. Tire and rubber waste recycling companies make money/profit mainly by selling the raw materials generated from recycling tires. It is a major sector of the U.S. economy, with tire and rubber waste recycling companies located throughout the U.S. generating up to $959.2 million in revenue each year.
Thus, the tire recycling business is a growing and profitable business; there are markets in developing countries that can be tapped, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Just like any other business, if you can conduct cost analysis, market research and feasibility studies before launching a tire recycling company, you will likely not struggle to grow your business where a large number of manufacturing companies receive their raw material supplies from the tire recycling industry.
